Arizona RV & Trailer Rentals

Booking your trailer is easy! Follow the steps below to reserve your dates and arrange delivery to your campsite.

1. Choose Your Trailer & Dates
Select the trailer you would like to rent and choose your rental start and end dates. The booking calendar will show availability for your selected dates.

2. Enter Your Camping Location
During checkout, you’ll be asked where the trailer will be delivered.

If you are staying at a campground or RV park, enter the campground address. If you already have a campsite or space number, please include that as well.

Don’t have an exact address? No problem! If you are dispersed camping or your campsite does not have a traditional street address, enter the closest available address, road, or location during checkout. You can provide us with the exact campsite location or GPS coordinates once your spot has been selected.

If you have not chosen your exact campsite yet, you can still reserve your trailer and dates. We can finalize the delivery location with you before your trip.

3. Select Any Add-Ons
Choose any available extras you may need for your trip. If you’ll be camping somewhere without electrical, water, or sewer hookups, be sure to select the appropriate boondocking options during checkout.

4. Review Your Reservation
Before submitting your booking, carefully review your selected trailer, rental dates, delivery information, add-ons, pricing, and contact information.

Please also read the Rental Agreement thoroughly. It contains important information regarding your reservation, cancellation policy, fees, renter responsibilities, trailer use, towing requirements, damages, and other terms and conditions.

By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in the Rental Agreement.

5. Pay 30% to Reserve Your Dates
A 30% rental payment is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

The remaining balance is due 14 days before your rental start date.

Your reservation is not confirmed until the required rental payment has been received.

6. We’ll Follow Up With You
Once your reservation has been submitted, we’ll review the details and contact you if we need any additional information.

As your trip gets closer, we’ll confirm your campsite location, site/space number, delivery details, and any other information needed for setup.

Then comes the easy part...

You show up and camp! 🏕️

We’ll deliver your trailer to your campsite, get everything set up and ready for your stay, and return to pick it up when your trip is over.

There is a 2 night minimum to book a trailer. 

No! We do not charge a security deposit when you book. Instead, we require a valid credit card to remain on file during your rental and ask you to authorize its use for damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or other charges outlined in your Rental Agreement.

We expect to do normal cleaning and sanitizing between every rental—that’s part of our job and there is no additional charge for it!

However, if the trailer is returned in a condition that requires cleaning beyond what would normally be expected after a camping trip, a $150 excessive cleaning fee may be charged to the card on file. This may include things such as excessive trash, food or spills left throughout the trailer, excessive dirt or mud, pet messes, stains, or other conditions requiring additional cleaning.

If the trailer is returned in normal condition with no damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning needed, nothing additional is charged! 🏕️✨

No worries! We know that many campgrounds and dispersed camping areas don’t have a traditional street address. When booking, just provide the city, ZIP code, and a nearby street or road name so you can complete your reservation.

As your trip gets closer, we’ll coordinate with you to get the exact location or GPS coordinates of your campsite and make sure we know exactly where to deliver and set up your trailer.

Delivery, Complete Setup & Pickup

Your delivery fee includes delivery, complete setup of your trailer and campsite equipment, and pickup at the end of your stay. We’ll have everything ready so you can simply arrive, unpack, and enjoy!

Delivery pricing is based on the one-way distance from Prescott, Arizona to your campsite:

Yes, your fur babies are welcome! We love having pets along for the adventure. Please keep in mind that any additional cleaning required due to pets, or any pet-related damage, may result in charges.

We currently do not allow our trailers to be towed by our customers. Delivery is required. 

No hookups? No problem! A boondocking fee is required for all campsites without hookups.

The boondocking bundle includes:

• Generator

• One full tank of generator fuel

• Full propane tanks

• Full fresh-water tank

• Black and Gray tank dump & flush

Our generators use regular unleaded gasoline. We provide the first full tank of gas, but renters are responsible for bringing additional gasoline in case more fuel is needed during their stay.

Generator run time and fuel consumption will vary depending on usage, particularly when running the air conditioning.

If your campsite has hookups, we provide the necessary sewer connections and fresh-water hoses for your stay.

We also have electrical adapters available to accommodate 30-amp or 50-amp hookups.

The 34 Veranda is a 50-amp trailer, but we have an adapter that allows it to connect to a 30-amp campsite. Please keep in mind that electrical capabilities may be limited when connected to 30-amp service.

We’ll make sure you start your trip with full propane tanks. If you happen to run out during your stay, you’ll just need to refill them as needed. There’s no need to refill the tanks before returning the trailer—we’ll take care of that for you! Any unused propane is non-refundable.

Not if you're boondocking! A generator is provided as part of the required boondocking bundle for campsites without hookups.

The generator will be provided with one full tank of regular unleaded gasoline. If you anticipate using the generator frequently—especially for air conditioning—please bring additional gasoline.

Yes! We want your camping experience to be as easy and comfortable as possible.

Our trailers are stocked with many of the essentials you'll need, including kitchen supplies, cookware, dishes, bedding, pillows, towels, basic cleaning supplies, and camping essentials. Please ask us for a detailed list of all items provided.

You'll just need to bring your food, personal belongings, toiletries, and anything special you'd like for your trip.

We handle the setup for you!

We'll get the trailer situated, leveled, and connected to the available utilities so you can arrive and start enjoying your trip.

We'll complete a walkthrough with you and go over the trailer's systems and operation before we take off :)

Before reserving your campsite, please make sure the site can safely accommodate the length and size of the trailer you're renting.

We recommend confirming:

• Maximum RV/trailer length allowed

• 30-amp or 50-amp electrical service

• Fresh-water hookup availability

• Sewer hookup or dump-station availability

• Site accessibility and road conditions

• Generator rules and quiet hours

• Whether the campground allows third-party trailer delivery

Please pay special attention to site length when booking the 34 Veranda, as it is approximately 39 feet long and requires adequate space for safe placement and setup.

Absolutely! Boondocking and dispersed camping are welcome.

If your campsite does not have hookups, the required boondocking fee prepares your trailer for an off-grid stay with:

• Full fresh-water tank

• Full propane tanks

• Generator

• One full tank of generator fuel

• Black and Gray Tank Dump & Flush

When camping without hookups, please remember that fresh water, holding-tank capacity, propane, generator fuel, and electricity are limited resources. Renters are responsible for monitoring and conserving these resources throughout their stay.
